Lemonade & Infusion Station Included
Reserve your 2027 wedding date before December 31, 2026, with the standard 60% deposit on your estimated proposal, and receive a complete, complimentary Lemonade & Infusion Station for your guest reception.
Promotion Rules & Guidelines
- •Minimum guest count of 100 paid guests required.
- •Free installation and travel within Calgary limits. Events outside Calgary (Banff, Canmore, Red Deer) will incur transport fees.
- •Beverage station includes fresh house lemonades and herbal infusions only. No juices, coffee, or alcohol. Offered for contracts of 100 guests or more.
- •Requires the standard 60% deposit paid and contract signed on or before Dec 31, 2026.
The Zero-Logistics Stress Guarantee
Your wedding runs on a written plan, and we answer for it. This guarantee applies to every wedding booked with the standard 60% non-refundable deposit.
- 1.Written run-of-show. We deliver a written timeline 14 days before your wedding: setup time, delivery window, and the named contact for the day.
- 2.A named lead on the day. An Event Advisor is on site from setup through breakdown.
- 3.Delivery window. We confirm a delivery window in writing. If we arrive after the confirmed window, the delivery fee is refunded.
- 4.Menu commitment. Every item on your confirmed menu is delivered. If an item cannot be produced, we substitute an item of equal or higher value at no charge. If you decline the substitute, we credit the full value of the item.
- 5.On-the-day correction. If the food or setup does not match the confirmed plan, tell your Event Advisor during the event. We correct it on site or credit the affected item in full.
- 6.Credit validity. Any credit issued under this guarantee is valid for 6 months toward a future Oh Good GOD! Catering order.
- 7.Limits. Guest count and menu changes are accepted up to the 14-day run-of-show. Changes after that are quoted separately. Events outside Calgary require prior written agreement. Allergen incidents caused by food supplied by guests or venues are excluded.
